Cast Iron Griddle

Suitable for firepits up to 80cm diameter, this cast iron griddle fits neatly in the ‘Holi’ grill to allow steaks, vegetables and fish to cook evenly and cleanly over the fire. Cast iron has the ability to get very hot quickly and retain its heat, the high temperature ideal for searing flavour into the food.
